How do I pay for my order?
Once the wheel / tire package has been selected, a link will be provided by e-mail to check out through PayPal. By using a third party service like PayPal, your credit card information will be 100% safe. Likewise, PayPal comes with built in buyer protection. (You won’t need it, it’s just nice to know that it’s there.)
If you are unable to use PayPal, we do accept credit cards directly. Let us know and we’ll give you our number to call in your order. We’ll place the order with our payment processor and e-mail you a receipt.
How do I know you’re legit?
Fair question. You’re probably used to seeing shopping carts and product images – so the Mr. Wheel Deal business model seems a bit odd. You never can be too careful, so here’s three ways you know you’re dealing with a professional, established business.
1) PayPal History – Did you know that you can actually look up the reputation of the PayPal account that takes our payments. Once you’re logged into PayPal, go to “send money” and enter our e-mail address (quotes@mrwheeldeal.com). Click continue and it will show our account and the number of verified buyer transactions. You can click that to see even more information. (Note: You don’t actually have to send any money to see this information)

2) Forum mentions from customers – Check out some of the links to various automotive forums that our customers have posted in (like this one). You can find these links on the right hand side of the page, on the Customer Picture page, Or, heck, just do a Google search!
3) Stop by in person – This isn’t practical for everyone, but if you’re near the suburbs of Chicago – feel free to pick up your order in person at our warehouse. Our address is on the About page.
What about sales tax?
A 7.75% sales tax will apply to shipment addresses within IL and local pickups. All other other states are tax free.
What is your return policy?
Mr. Wheel Deal offers full refunds, less shipping, on wheels returned in the condition in which they were received (unmounted, brand new, factory boxes). All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Please contact Support@MrWheelDeal.com for a return authorization. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of original receipt of merchandise. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which original payment was made. Once product is returned, please allow 14 days for receipt of funds.
What if I found a lower price than you quoted?
Wow. You must have found a really good deal. Send us a link and we’ll beat it (or at least we’ll try, every once in a while we can’t.)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We frequently ship to countries all over the world.
Can I pick up my wheels?
Sure. We are located in Villa Park, IL. If you’d rather pick up your set in person (and save on shipping), just let us know and we’ll schedule a time. Note that IL sales tax will apply.
Are you selling second run or blemished wheels?
No. All wheels are brand new, first run, and manufactured warrantied.
What’s your phone number?

If you have not yet contacted us, please tell us what you’re looking for by filling out our free quote form and we’ll respond by e-mail in 12 hours or less (usually much less).
Do you sell tires too?
Yes. We have access to discounted pricing on a number of tires brands. We also offer free mounting and balancing ($60 value) so that your wheel & tire package will be ready to go when it arrives. You can let us know about the tires you want on the price request form.
Will my order come with center caps and lugs?
If the wheels are made with center caps, they will be included with your purchase (ask if you aren’t sure). Lug sets are $34.99 (free shipping) and includes all the lugs needed, 4 locking lugs w/ socket, and 4 chrome valve stems w/ chromies.
Careful when comparing to places that offer free lugs, as they often don’t include the extra stuff in our premium set (locking lugs, valve stems, and chromies).

How can you sell wheels for cheaper than other places?
There are two main reasons we can sell for so cheap.
First, we keep our costs down. Other retailers have expensive rent and salaries to pay (and don’t forget complex websites to maintain). With so many costs they HAVE to mark their wheels up so much just to be profitable. We are a small team that looks at wheel sales a little differently. We do everything to keep costs down, and then don’t have to earn as much per set to still make money.
Second, we do A LOT of volume. This enables suppliers to rationalize giving us some of the best pricing in the industry, and that low price can then be passed on to our customers.
